Disconnecting

Effective immediately. No notice period, no penalty, no phone call required.

From QuickBooks

Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
Go to Apps, then My Apps.
Find Symple AI Reports and choose Disconnect.

From us

Email info@sympleai.com from an address on the account, or call (302) 635-0289. We will confirm once it is done.

What happens then

We stop accessing your QuickBooks company immediately. The authorization is revoked and cannot be reused.
Dashboards stop refreshing. They keep showing the last data retrieved, stamped with that date, until you delete them.
Spreadsheets and files in your Google Workspace remain yours and under your control. We do not delete your own documents.

Want the data deleted too?

Disconnecting stops future access but does not by itself erase data we already retrieved. Email us and ask for deletion — we complete it within 30 days, keeping only what a legal or accounting obligation requires.

Changed your mind?

You can reconnect at any time. Reconnecting starts a fresh authorization; nothing from the old one carries over.
